3rd Year BSIT and 2nd Year (TESDA) participated the PhilNITS Seminar

The Philippine National IT Standards (PhilNITS) Foundation is a non-stock, non-profit, non government organization that is implementing the following Certification Exams for IT and non-IT Professionals.

PhilNITS is a member of the IT Professionals Examination Council (ITPEC)

The 3rd Year BSIT and 2nd Year (TESDA) joined the two days, seminar last October 30 and also take the Mock Examination for IT Professionals Examination Certification. The result of the examination was announced afternoon of October 31. The good news was that Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges - Marbel Incorporated (RMMC- MI) got the 3rd position who has the highest score in exam in the Level 2: Fundamental Information Technology Engineers (FE) Certification Exams- this is for Individuals who have basic fundamental knowledge and skills required to be an advanced IT human resource, and who possess practical utilization abilities Defined as human resources with basic knowledge and skills who are able to perform tasks with a certain degree of difficulty or part of the required tasks on their own (Assist). (NDMU) Notre Dame of Marbel University got the 1st and Mindanao State of University - Gensan got the 2nd. 

ITE Department of RMMC-MI is now going forward of attaining its goal by providing IT professionals that has a standards. The department is now going to require all Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) to take the examination before they will graduate in their course. Certified Passer of PhilNITS will uplift the mission and vision of the school particularly the ITE Department by providing quality graduates.
